What Does the Future of Work Look Like?

Millennials are the fastest growing and most racially and ethnically diverse generation of the workforce. Companies and their leaders that want to remain competitive must be able to effectively connect with this demographic and increase empathy and collaboration across generations, races, ethnicities, and genders. It’s critical now more than ever to create workplace cultures where everyone feels seen, heard, and valued.
