The future of work means collaboration and innovation across generations, across races, across ethnicities.

From Project 99 to Forefront
Same Mission and Vision — With a New Name & Look
As children of immigrants from the Dominican Republic, we instantly connected as students at Babson College, and our first conversation was in a dining hall and lasted about four hours. On that day, we discovered a shared vision that catapulted us into becoming the team we are today.
Our journey started with a simple question: How do we create and sustain authentic connections within an organization?
The world thrives on human connection. It is in connection that we fuel innovation. Since the beginning, we have been obsessed with how connection transforms the workplace. In the search for an answer to our question, we traveled the world and across the United States, and connected with young people and business leaders on their needs and wants in the workplace.
There was no doubt that the workforce was in the midst of a transformation then, and even today the rapid shift to a multigenerational, multiethnic, and multiracial workplace has not shown any signs of slowing down.
In our work as Project 99, we’ve seen time and time again how the most effective teams and company cultures leverage empathy, collaboration, and inclusion to reach new heights.
We are inspired by the work it takes to connect and build across generations, races, ethnicities, and genders. So inspired in fact, that we decided it was imperative to revamp our core corporate offerings and overall brand to help leading organizations prepare for the future of work and foster culture change.
Where some might see challenges, we see opportunities. The opportunity to evolve from good to great, from greatness to the forefront of true culture transformation.
As of today, we will be known as Forefront.
A company whose core focus is - designing a future of work that works for all™.
Welcome to Forefront
We would’ve never imagined how far our skills, expertise, and passion would take us. In the last year, we have launched a national rollout of our programs with SAP, grew our team and have brought our work to numerous cities in the United States and abroad, from Palo Alto to St. Gallen.
Our rebrand is a signal of the momentum and clarity we’ve gained serving a need in the corporate world as Project 99. We’ve partnered with creative business minds to modernize our brand and position us as the premier training provider for the future of work, helping leading employers who want to remain competitive, innovative, and profitable as workplace demographics in the United States continue to shift rapidly.
Since our inception, we have trained 500+ people, in 15+ cities in the U.S. and around the work, and partnered with ten leading organizations from nonprofit and educational institutions to large corporations. Over the years, we learned a lot about what it takes to foster inclusive and thriving workplaces for all. These lessons become the foundation of Forefront. Here’s what we learned:
Culture change is fueled by human connection and empathy
People want to be seen, heard, and valued above monetary reward
It is critical to look into the future as we reconcile with the past
We are obsessed with the transformative power of human connection to change workplaces from the inside out and across difference.
